Refunds & cancellations

Refund policy: All sales are final unless an event is changing venues, postponed, or canceled. This page explains how those exceptions are handled for event tickets and on-demand access.

Event tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable except when an event changes venue, is postponed, or is canceled.
  • If one of those event changes occurs, ticket buyers can choose to keep their ticket for the updated event details or request a refund.
  • Approved ticket refunds are returned to the original payment method.

On-demand access

  • Digital access is delivered immediately after payment and is non-refundable once playback has started, except where required by law.
  • If you cannot access content due to a technical issue on our side, contact support with your order details.

Payment plans

  • Payment plans let you pay a deposit and complete the balance in scheduled installments before a final due date.
  • Service fees on ticket and cabin orders are non-refundable.
  • If you miss the final payment deadline, your booking may be cancelled and amounts already paid—including service fees—are not refunded, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Use Contact and include your account email and event name. Refunds that are approved in the system are also processed in Stripe; allow several business days for your bank to post the credit.
