  • How do I buy and watch events?
    Browse our events, select your desired show, and follow the purchase instructions. Once purchased, you can watch the event on demand from your account dashboard. All streams are high quality and available on multiple devices.
  • What devices are supported?
    LiveVibe works on most modern browsers, smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. For the best experience, use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. AirPlay and Chromecast are supported on compatible devices.
  • I have an account or payment issue. What should I do?
    Contact our support team using the Contact page. We're here to help with login, access, or billing questions.
  • Can I get a refund?
    All sales are final unless an event changes venue, is postponed, or is canceled. If one of those changes affects your ticketed event, contact us via Contact to request a refund.
  • Is my data safe?
    We use industry-standard security and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • What if I have a legal or copyright question?
    For all legal, copyright, or rights-related questions, please use our Contact form and select the appropriate topic.
  • Do promo codes change the service fee?
    Partial promo codes reduce ticket or cabin prices first; any percentage service fee is then calculated on that lower subtotal. A 100% off or complimentary code makes the order $0 at checkout with no separate service fee—you still complete the secure Stripe checkout step, but Stripe will not ask for a card when the total is $0.
